Interior Comforts Standard Furniture Warranty Statement

To claim any of the warranties mentioned below, the customer must present the original Interior Comforts invoice.

1. Polish

  • Polish and gloss polish of all Interior Comforts furniture items are covered under a three-month warranty from the furniture delivery date. The warranty does not cover polish damage caused by physical damage, extreme temperatures, humidity, or liquid spills.

  • ‘Deco’ finished products are not covered under warranty.

2. Structure & Hardware

  • Interior Comforts provides a three-month warranty for the structure and hardware of furniture.

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by mishandling.

  • The warranty shall stand null and void if the installation of Interior Comforts products is not carried out by authorized Interior Comforts staff.

3. Termite

  • Interior Comforts furniture is treated and stored in a secure environment.

  • A claim will be considered only if the customer finds traces of termites or similar insects in wooden furniture within one month of delivery, subject to an inspection of the customer’s premises for other termite infestations.

4. Foam & Upholstery

  • Interior Comforts provides a three-month warranty for foam.

  • As per market norms, upholstery is not covered under warranty. However, upholstery can remain in good condition if proper care instructions are followed.

5. Mattress

  • Mattress warranties are subject to the terms mentioned in the manufacturer’s warranty card, provided separately at the time of delivery.

  • Customers should contact the manufacturer directly in case of any warranty claim.

6. Mirrors & Glass Tops

  • Mirrors and glass tops are not covered under warranty. Customers are advised to inspect these items carefully at the time of delivery and report any issues immediately for possible replacement.

  • All glass tops and mirrors should be cleaned with a dry cloth or an appropriate glass cleaner.

  • Claims for visible damage will not be entertained after the order has been accepted and the items have been inspected at delivery.

7. Outdoor & Imported Furniture

  • Outdoor and imported furniture is not covered under the standard Interior Comforts warranty unless otherwise stated in writing by the company.
